One of the best moments for a Cincilingua teacher is when a student comes into class and says with excitement: “Yesterday I was able to talk with the taxi driver!” or “Last night I watched a movie without subtitles and understood most of it!” or something similar. It is rewarding to watch a student really grow in his or her ability to communicate in the target language. To think that I as a teacher played a role in that progress is very gratifying.
Of course, for many of our students, learning the new language is not only for fun but to secure his or her position at the job or have a better chance of getting a promotion. Cincilingua teachers are anxious to help the student achieve those goals. Their success is in a certain way our success!
