There are multiple factors that make Cincinnati a good city in which one can study English. One is the language of the people. The accent of the people here is a neutral one. In fact, it is virtually indistinguishable from General American – the standard accent of the USA. Also, the percentage of native-speakers is very high in Cincinnati.
