Our tried and tested method will continue with a new dynamic approach. Students will no longer stay in the classroom 7 hours per day, instead there will be a morning of focused class time in a designated area of the hotel we selected because it is located in a favorite student “hot spot” of the city. The focused class will be followed by lunch and the afternoon class will be as you explore, with your teacher, the areas of the city that interest you.
We are strongly encouraging all students that come to study with us in person – to study with us Online prior to arrival so that they will be able to make more progress when they are here. Our NEW Live & Learn in person program is $1,995 per week and includes 35 hours per week, one-on-one instruction, and materials. We will be using the Hampton Inn & Suites in Kenwood, Ohio. We have a negotiated discounted price for our students. Students will make their reservation and pay the hotel directly.
The morning class will take place in the breakfast area of the hotel from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then students will have lunch by ordering food to be delivered to the hotel from the restaurant of their choice (This is because currently the restaurants that are open here are understaffed and the service is extremely slow. There are still many restaurants that are only open for take-out orders and some restaurants are only open a few hours a day. Everything is different due to the Covid situation – of course we hope this will change soon, but we have no way of knowing). Some students are purchasing food from the grocery store and prepare their lunch instead of using Uber Eats to deliver food – that of course is okay too. Each student can decide what they want to do. Lunch time is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The afternoon class is from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the city. Students will be able to decide where they would like to go. There are many places within walking distance, the bus is very close and would make it easy to go to the downtown area if interested, or they can choose to go to places such as Museums, the Zoo, etc. The teacher will be teaching as you visit the place you choose. Of course if the student prefers to have class in the designated area of the hotel in the afternoon, at a nearby coffee shop, or in the area of the mall with seating – that is also possible. Every student will decide what is best for them and how much money they want to spend. Going to the areas within walking distance or having the afternoon class at the hotel, coffee shop, or mall will require no extra expenses. If a student decides to go to the zoo or another place like that, they will be responsible for their admission ticket as well as the transportation cost of an Uber/Taxi to and from the location. When you enroll, we will send you a list of the options for the excursions with the prices.
In the NEW Live & Learn Program there is no school building. The hotel is located in an area that has always been a favorite spot for our students. The Mall is across the street and there are many restaurants in the area for the students to choose from.

Due to Covid masks are required at all times everywhere in the hotel except in your room of course. Masks are required during class. Prior to arrival we can update you of any changes that may have occurred.
To be completely enrolled the following steps need to be done:
1) Complete and return the Application Form with your 3 options of dates you wish to study with us. We will notify you which option is available.
2) Make full payment for the weeks you wish to study on our website at cincilingua.com. (NOTE: An Invoice will be automatically generated when payment is made on the website, so if you or your company needs a copy – you will need to print it at that time.)
3) Return the signed Covid-19 Agreement Form and the Cincilingua New Live & Learn Form
4) Make you hotel reservation after we have confirmed which of your 3 choices are available so that you have the correct dates. Send us a copy of the Hotel Reservation Confirmation for your file.
After you complete these steps – you will be completely enrolled.
One week prior to arrival, we will email you a link to a 1 hour Online test that you need to complete at least 4 days prior to arrival.
