Students that study with CINCILINGUA during a Holiday Week always enjoy their time here experiencing the Holiday the way people in the United States do.
CINCILINGUA is only closed for 6 Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When students study with us during one of these holidays they have a special schedule to recover the hours from the Holiday day that the school is closed.
This week we will celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Students studying with us now, have been studying from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM everyday instead of the normal schedule of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Studying 30 extra minutes each day until they recover the 7 hours of the Holiday day. If a student is only here a short time and cannot recover all the hours, the remaining hours can be taken anytime they like Online. Some students like this because they have a few hours to work with a teacher before a big presentation or project in English for work.
CINCILINGUA gives our students information about the Holiday activities in the city so that they can enjoy the celebrations we have. This year on Thanksgiving our students already have plans for dinner and they know the tourist attractions that will be open so they can make their plan for the holiday.
