Cincinnati, Ohio. That is all that I knew about the city when my sister moved here in 1993. Where in Ohio? No idea.
When I moved here with my daughters in 1995, I was very pleasantly surprised. Cincinnati is a very friendly place. People are helpful.
Cincinnati is also a city of many fine cultural amenities. It is a city with a long history, much of which you can still find in the architecture and older neighborhoods. The city has world class Opera, Ballet, Symphony, “Pops” Orchestra and a singing festival. It also has professional football, baseball, and soccer teams as well as a second tier winning hockey team. It has three major universities and several smaller.
There really are a lot of reasons to like Cincinnati. It has an urban feel as well as a small town feel. Welcome.
